Ingredients
- 4 Spicy Andouille Sausages
- Off the Backboard BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Brown whole andouille sausage on all sides on medium heat until thoroughly cooked
- Reduce heat to low
- Pour desired amount of barbecue sauce over cooked sausage, simmer for approximately 5 minutes
- Remove sausage from pan, place on plate or tray
- Let stand for approximately 5 minutes
- Slice into 1-1.5 inch pieces
